Beds were quite uncomfortable nonetheless we had an excellent stay. Location near to everything. We enjoyed it, will be back...

Absolutely amazing 2 night stay. Affable staff, keep it up. I loved rooms, each one was incredibly comfortable and bright. Comparing to places I've stayed before, the continental breakfast here was the best. Situated in a good area and in the heart of Venice.

Everything was perfect, I liked bright rooms. Efficient staff, excellent service. Easy check out. There were multi-channel television, a dining area and a sitting area, a bathtub. Had access to modern style bathroom and a full kitchen. The breakfast was free - spicy products

Magnificent setting, fantastic apartment, nice garden. It was lodged in a wooden building with a gorgeous style. The beachfront restaurant was super. Staff was beautiful, we had clear communication. Flawless service and smooth check in too. Bathroom was luxurious, thank you for shampoo and all the toiletries.

excellent property, airy rooms. hosts were briliant, even gave us room on the second floor. had early check in. had natural lighting. we found small restaurant very close to the venue.

Chilled-out base for exploring Venice. Very convenient being only 20 mins drive from the airport. The staff were helpfull, loved them all. We could use rooftop terrace.
